To demonstrate the versatility of Toshiba laptops we staged a competition between two U.S. towns -- Boring, Oregon and Normal, Illinois. The challenge: which town is more exciting, Boring or Normal? Armed with their laptops, town residents completed a variety of online tasks. The competition was open to MySpace users who voted for the winners. The 6-week program captured 21million of unpaid media impressions and 150,000 viral posts!
